Harry is a great personal trainer, the best I've found in Manchester! He is trained in the Functional Patterns programme and he passes on all his knowledge about biomechanics and how to move and exercise in the best way clearly and he makes training enjoyable. I've trained with him for 3 years now and the aches and pains I had before have gone and I put it solely down to Harry's training and the Functional Patterns method. I even trained up to 38 weeks pregnant which I think contributed to a healthy pregnancy. I've been training with Harry for 7 years now and I thank my lucky stars that I got him as my PT when I did. We started out with a more traditional style of training which was great and it got me where I wanted to be physically and helped me reset lots of bad habits. I've been with him since he started doing functional patterns training, however, and my body has never felt stronger and I've never felt more in tune with it, connecting with myself in a way that you just don't get with traditional lifting. I'm nearly 40 but my body feels so much better than it ever did in my 20s. On a more personal note, Harry is a force for good in this world. He genuinely cares about his clients, will work with them to problem solve and he makes training a lot of fun. He's always on hand when you need him and have questions, or when you have discomfort physically. I pulled my kneecap out of alignment doing a half marathon and with Harry's help I bypassed surgery, have no knee pain and have no concerns that the old injury will manifest itself again.
