Me and my two children- 10 and 7 years - attended Claire’s family yoga session last week for the first time. My 10yr old was slightly apprehensive but we all loved it and can’t wait to go back. Claire’s session was fun and relaxing, she has the balance just right for all ages. Would highly recommend.
Finding Claire and Greenshoots Yoga has been an absolute blessing for my teen (and myself!) this year. Managing acute anxiety, this has been the first activity in nearly 6 years that she has enjoyed independently and really engaged with (with no battle involved getting her there each week!) Claire has created a welcoming, safe space to practice yoga and wellbeing and has given my daughter a real grounding in techniques, which she now applies outside the sessions to really help with her mental health throughout the week. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Claire Ash has run some fantastic sessions for our children at Norris Bank Primary School. All of which have been bespoke to their age which has meant they can all take part as its pitched at their level and ability. They have been really well received by the children and staff have even taken part too. Claire is punctual, organised and professional and has adapted at short notice if the school hall has not been available without getting flustered so that flexibility is ideal when working with children. I would definitely rebook her without hesitation.
My daughter has been going to the teen yoga sessions for quite a few months now and is really enjoying her time with the other girls and Claire. It’s a safe space for her and it benefits her mental health and general wellbeing. She feels calmer and more confident and she is looking forward to each new session every Saturday.
