James and his team have recently landscaped our back garden. From the first visit to completion of the job James was great to work with. He suggested different design ideas before the work started and as the work progressed kept us fully informed about how we could change and improve our plans for the garden. From the initial visit James was attentive with what we wanted with the in keeping of our cottage. He suggested the materials and what would match. He was right from the start. His response with costings was quick and the start date was accurate. Right from the start of work we could not believe how hard working he and his team just got on with the job. The amount of rubble dug out with a digger and a convoy of wheelbarrows by his team to and fro soon filled up 2 trailer skips! A metre deep they found a tractor wheel, some old bricks and an old bottle still with the top on! James and his team were remarkable. They worked really hard, still had time for a laugh and chill, more so very polite and respectful. Pip his adorable pet was just, well adorable. Also, James was communicating and advising us as he progressed with the work. The built wall, flags and fencing had to be right and we admired his perfection and professionalism as he could see our dream. We would definitely recommend Great Outdoors! We have recently had our back garden landscaped by The Great Outdoors. From the initial visit weighing the job up James was very helpful, talking in depth about what we wanted to achieve, offering some good advice on certain aspects of the project. The quote came back in just a couple of days and was very reasonable, and he was honest about the start date and how long the job would take. Once the work commenced we were very impressed by how much he involved us about absolutely everything that was being done, talking on a daily basis and quick to contact us for every decision to be made as the job progressed.James's work is first class, he is a perfectionist and cares deeply about his work looking the best it can be.
