I was very impressed with Fresh Fibres from start to finish. From my initial online enquiry to the confirmation of my appointment. All staff i communicated with, the admin team to the technician who visited my homew all very polite and courteous. The technition rang me to say he would be with me in half an hour. Before entering my home he put on overshoes to protect my carpets. He was very easy to get along with, very chatty as well as doing an excellent job of cleaning my leather suite. As Fresh Fibres state, they are not the cheapest but do an excellent job, in a professional caring and attention to detailed manner. I would use them again and more than happy to recommend them
