Had Fresh Fibres clean our lounge and stair carpets. Very happy with the results, they look new. Didn't get the lads name who did them but he was very professional and respectful to the property, chatty and friendly. Would definitely use again and recommend.
We didn’t know what to expect from Fresh Fibres. The young man who came certainly had a very good understanding of carpets. He was very polite and shook hands with us both. Everything is in the van so they don’t use your water or electricity. After the carpets and upholstery have dried we were pleased overall with the lift in the pile and the colour. Stubborn stains like rust will not come out but can be reduced. It isn’t a cheap service but it’s not anything you can do on your own at home. We wanted the modern equivalent of Scotsguard treatment which more or less doubles the price. Don’t expect miracles but you will get a good job and certainly better than you can do on your own. A polite and efficient service that does a good job.
Really impressed with the 2 guys that came out today and cleaned my 2 settees and lounge carpet. I've never had workmen round that have shaken my hand and formally introduced themselves until today. They were professional, very polite, talked me through what they were going to do and why, took great care in my home and left the lounge smelling lovely. They weren't the cheapest company we had quotes from, but it was definitely worth the money. Very pleased and would definitely book in again!
