I had such a lovely time choosing my new glasses at Framed. Kenji was super helpful, nothing too much trouble and he gave me great advice on the style of frames which suited me best. I was in just before Christmas and my glasses were expected early in the New Year. It was a lovely surprise when Kenji called to say he had managed to get them turned around more quickly. Again, the service on my second visit was first class, it's very comprehensive and very professional. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Framed, and specifically Kenji. I live some distance from Manchester but I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
The guys at Framed had two pairs (different colours) of the model of sunglasses I was interested in flown so I could try them on in person.
