Excellent opticians. I've been using them for a few years. Service is friendly, efficient and most importantly comfortable. Great knowledge of all the frames in store and superb advice on what suits and what doesn't. Having used larger chains in the past, and been disappointed, I would recommend Framed any day of the week!
Best optician ever... and I've worn glasses since I was 8 (I'm a bit older now 😎). Richard's fab and all his colleagues very knowledgeable. Wide range of frames ... all the ones you've heard of and new favourites ready to be discovered.
Excellent Service from start to finish. Kenji was excellent, I was anxious getting new glasses. Especially since I lost my original designer ones. He made sure it was a nice and a relaxing experience. I would really recommend to use them for eye care products and needs.
Whilst the member of staff I dealt with was friendly and accommodating he charged £10 for simply tightening and cleaning a pair of glasses. This has been free in every other opticians in Manchester that I’ve been - both chain stores and independent shops so I don’t know why this was any different. He didn’t mention beforehand that this was a service they charge for so it was sprung on us afterwards when there’s no way to say no. Really disappointed and will make sure not to go back or recommend to others in case other surprise fees come up.
An excellent experience! A great range of glasses and fantastic service from the staff. Will definitely be buying my next pair of glasses from here again.
