Excellent Service from start to finish. Kenji was excellent, I was anxious getting new glasses. Especially since I lost my original designer ones. He made sure it was a nice and a relaxing experience. I would really recommend to use them for eye care products and needs.
Whilst the member of staff I dealt with was friendly and accommodating he charged £10 for simply tightening and cleaning a pair of glasses. This has been free in every other opticians in Manchester that I’ve been - both chain stores and independent shops so I don’t know why this was any different. He didn’t mention beforehand that this was a service they charge for so it was sprung on us afterwards when there’s no way to say no. Really disappointed and will make sure not to go back or recommend to others in case other surprise fees come up.
Really appreciate the eye test. Optician was very knowledgeable and calming whilst being thorough and speedy. Appreciate all the help the team have gone through.

I was recently introduced to this optician by a friend. The service received was second to none. The staff took the time to show me many other styles and colours of frames that I previously would never have considered. I always ended up with similar shape and colours thinking nothing else suited, how wrong I was. I ended up purchasing two pairs, both are a different shape and more bold to what I’m used to, and I am really pleased with them. Thank you so much to all of you. I will certainly return.
