This was the second time I've used Framed for my glasses and the service was as exceptional as the first. Lisa spent time with me to suggest the best options for frames and they delivered them earlier than expected. I adore my new glasses.
It’s always such a pleasure to visit Framed. Lisa is amazing and such a massive credit to the business. I always stay and have a lovely catch up with her when I am in. She is a wizard at selecting frames that suit your face. I popped in today to get my sunglasses arms adjusted and started to try on some others. She picked a pair out for me to try and now I am in love, but they’ll have to wait until my next eye test 😂 Keep doing what you are doing and I’ll never go elsewhere. Support local and you’ll always have the very best top notch service.
Great experience here. The staff are all friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to what I wanted for my glasses and picked the best lens options for me. Lisa was fantastic she took time to go through frame option to find ones that suited and were adjusted perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the service miles better from my experience in high street chain stores.
