I have just completed a course of treatment at Firwood Dental Practice. I am so happy with the results. 😁 I love my composite bondings! I would like to thank Natalie and all the staff. All the staff are always friendly and professional. Natalie was really lovely and put me at ease. The practice is modern, clean and has a really nice vibe to it. After kissing the Bonnet of a car decade's ago with an open faced helmet on my front top and bottom teeth took the brunt!! I had been to many different dentists over the years, some good but most not that great. It got to the point where I wouldn't smile in public and I know I had to do something. I took the plunge and signed up to Firwood Dental Practice which happily is only a short walk away! I received a lovely welcome from all the staff! (and honestly...they truly are amazing!!) I was assigned to principal dentist Natalie. I gave Natalie the full story and hesitantly smiled. The reply was OK.... we have a few options!! Now twelve months later Natalie has completely transformed what was a horrible ugly Grin into an amazing for the world to see beautiful confident smile!! Which I am so proud to show off!! I honestly cannot recommend the whole team highly enough, and yes,.... A tooth Fairy truly does exist!! If you don't believe me, just go see for yourself!! 😁👍
Natalie is a very patient and caring dentist, taking time to explain everything. As a result of this I decided to have some Facial Aesthetics carried out. After a full and thorough consultation I had some fillers done on jowels and cheeks. The results were AMAZING. After care was excellent and my self confidence has improved. Would reccomend this 100%
Really happy every time I visit this dentist. I'm registered here as well as my twins who are just 3 years old. They are very comfortable, Natalie makes them feel totally at ease and appointments are an absolute breeze! We've been for regular check ups and ad hoc appointments for two chipped teeth. Scheduling is always very accommodating which I really appreciate.
My late husband and I have attended Firwood Dental Practice for several years. All the staff are always friendly and professional and go out of their way to help. My husband had several complex medical issues which had impacted on his teeth and dental care but Natalie genuinely cared and went out of her way to help him and make sure that he was comfortable and able to receive a high standard of dental care despite the difficulties these presented during treatment. The care I have personally received has always been excellent. Natalie carefully considers what treatment plan she feels is best whatever the situation and clearly explains the options so I have always been able to make an informed choice. During treatment she regularly checks that I am doing ok, especially if treatment takes a long time. If you are looking for a dental practice that provides quality dental care in a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere, Firwood Dental Practice is the place to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
