My late husband and I have attended Firwood Dental Practice for several years. All the staff are always friendly and professional and go out of their way to help. My husband had several complex medical issues which had impacted on his teeth and dental care but Natalie genuinely cared and went out of her way to help him and make sure that he was comfortable and able to receive a high standard of dental care despite the difficulties these presented during treatment. The care I have personally received has always been excellent. Natalie carefully considers what treatment plan she feels is best whatever the situation and clearly explains the options so I have always been able to make an informed choice. During treatment she regularly checks that I am doing ok, especially if treatment takes a long time. If you are looking for a dental practice that provides quality dental care in a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere, Firwood Dental Practice is the place to go. When attending my 6 monthly check up, Max saw me for my appointment. Max is one of the nicest dentists I’ve ever met. I have never felt so at ease during a dentist appointment before. He was calm, explained everything and really friendly. ☺️
Really happy every time I visit this dentist. I'm registered here as well as my twins who are just 3 years old. They are very comfortable, Natalie makes them feel totally at ease and appointments are an absolute breeze! We've been for regular check ups and ad hoc appointments for two chipped teeth. Scheduling is always very accommodating which I really appreciate.
