The eye test was thorough and you have time to browse the huge selection of unique frames with help from Lisa & The Flat Cap Man. Both these wonderful humans give just the right support. You can be an independent shopper or guided through, depending on your preference. Be warned, time moves in unusual ways here. You will leave buzzing with excitement for your new frames and discover that, while you were trying on every pair of glasses and discussing every topic under the sun, night has fallen and several hours have passed! I couldn't have chosen a better place to go for my first pair of glasses. The service was outstanding, from the initial eye test through to fitting. Staff provided brilliant advice and I ended up with a pair of glasses that I wouldn't necessarily have tried on my own but now couldn't be happier with. I've received so many compliments for the glasses and I'm absolutely delighted with them.
