Absolutely awesome place!! I’ve been with Vision Express for the past 8 years and got recommended to try these lot and i have to say i was more than impressed with the service, the staff were very nice and well mannered, the optometrist was very helpful and well spoken, i was very happy with the options of glasses on display and the prices they were selling for. Amazing opticians. 10/10 customer service. Good that they provide NHS services for all their patients. The 2 young happy chappy lads outside asking the public for eye test are very friendly and great asset to have. Always refer my friends and family to this opticians, highly recommend. We were walking by and was offered a free eye test which I was desperately in need of and never had time to visit an opticians so took the chance as was promised it would take max 10 minutes (they stuck to their word) and I’m glad I did as the optometrist informed me a few problems regarding my eyes that I knew nothing about until I had my eyes checked! A huge variety of glasses to choose from, they were very assuring from start to finish. I’m yet to receive my glasses but the process thus far has been amazing, the Asian lad from Bolton (I didn’t catch his name) was very informative and helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to help me find glasses that suit my face shape lol! Very grateful ☺️
Amazing customer service the optician fayad did a very thorough and detailed eyetest and I was very happy with the outcome. The optical assistant Asar helped me a lot whilst choosing glasses taking measurements. He ensured they fit me properly and were the right size definitely recommend them.
Went in for my appointment at Eye Hut I was very impressed with the service and the selection of glasses they had in store. The staff is very friendly and polite. I would recommend Eye Hut for your eye sights needs and glasses, they have a large selection of glasses to choose from.
