Wish I knew about this place sooner Popped in to Eyehut today as my glasses (which I didn’t purchase from here) kept slipping off my nose. Without hesitation the guy that greeted me offered to fix BOTH pairs right then. They now fit perfectly, many thanks! I bought my glasses online as never found a pair I liked in my usual optician but the range of glasses on show here are the cool and funky style I’m after so will definitely be back for frames and eye test in the future
These guys were amazing. I went in to ask if they could test me after several brain surgeries. I've not had a new pair in 10yrs. The optermist himself said in 10yrs they have changed dramatically. Either way even though I dress in trainers and trakkies etc... they treated me like a queen who was a millionaire. Ended up with verivocals, and transition. And the price was affordable for someone like me. The service difference between these lovely men (especially the optermist) and other optermists (won't name their shop) was night and day. I didn't feel rushed and it felt very personal to me and what I needed. I'm 42 soon and I will be a customer for life now. Thankyou guys.. And yes it's not verified Google, but this is a true review. Just have to wait maybe a week now for my new glasses, I'm so excited. One last thing I was frightened having it done with my brain surgeries etc.. the oprermist was very patient and went through all the test with me bit by bit. He is a people person. Me and mum really liked him. Oh and they cleaned and fixed my mums glasses for free. (The metal part on the nose had made her nose bleed) and now I'm taking her next Tuesday for a new pair. They also offer prescription blister pack services next door. Added bonus. As the goverment are taking funding away for blister packs. Sorry for rant everyone 😅
Absolutely awesome place!! I’ve been with Vision Express for the past 8 years and got recommended to try these lot and i have to say i was more than impressed with the service, the staff were very nice and well mannered, the optometrist was very helpful and well spoken, i was very happy with the options of glasses on display and the prices they were selling for. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! Well done guys
Amazing customer service the optician fayad did a very thorough and detailed eyetest and I was very happy with the outcome. The optical assistant Asar helped me a lot whilst choosing glasses taking measurements. He ensured they fit me properly and were the right size definitely recommend them.
Bizarre company they have no email and don't answer their phone lines. Had an eye test carried out and was put under a ridiculous amount of pressure to buy a pair of their lenses with them stating I should because their eye test was free. Chased for a copy of my prescription but can not get hold of anyone for the aforementioned reasons. Spoke to the Stockport branch who advised they would chase them up and stated to not go to the Oldham branch in future and come to them instead as you won't get a service from Oldham. On top of that they had about 8 pairs of glasses in the whole shop. Odd company.
