Review for EyeHutOption, Oldham I had a terrible experience with EyeHutOption due to the irresponsible behavior of both the technical team and the staff in the shop. They provided me with the wrong prescription, which caused me significant trouble, including constant headaches and blurry vision. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially from an optician where accuracy is crucial. When I reached out to have the issue corrected, the response was slow and unhelpful. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, but unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable eye care.
I had a very good experience today at eye hut there was a lovely man which took me in and made me feel very welcomed, man's name was kenzie, lovely he was, help me find some glasses and also gave me a discount, baring in mind the eye test was also free. Thank you so much, I'm looking forward to get my glasses.
Amazing opticians. 10/10 customer service. Good that they provide NHS services for all their patients. The 2 young happy chappy lads outside asking the public for eye test are very friendly and great asset to have. Always refer my friends and family to this opticians, highly recommend.
