Love it here, equipment is great, new and clean and a wide range of everything, changing rooms individually set out. Especially in covid times, you can see the effort they have made to keep everyone safe, from small classes to everything marked out in safe zones. Lovely team of staff and the members are all friendly. Rare to have ashtanga yoga too, so very happy gym bunny

Best equipped gym I’ve seen in Manchester with large a free weights area and 2 lifting areas with plenty of various bar options. Even when busy you rarely need to wait. Kept clean and friendly staff.
Poor ,the music they play is all rap music very negative music in my eyes, you want music you can move to not feel like you walking round the gym like 50 cent .. staff are very childish chasing each other around . The women staff are very arrogant and the gym seems to have a negative atmosphere. You have to have a mix of music not play rap music every song they play . More dance music should be played to paying customers who should be allowed to leave a positive review and a negative review . Its called being constructive . Stay away unless you want a negative brain
Sadly I decided to write this review because I feel so frustrated. I used to go to Energie and I liked the environment and the classes. I helped them during lockdown paying in advance just to support the business. In december they closed unexpectedly without writing anything, anywhere. They are still closed without any further explanation. They took my money at the beginning of the month of December and I didn't have the chance to use the gym Once. I tried to contact them everywhere cause I wanted to be refunded for this month, not only the Deansgate gym but also the head office. Nobody replied me ever. So if they will ever reopen, I don't recommend it to you. I am starting in a new gym now that I am back from my holidays. Hope it will be better.
