Brilliant Location, right in the centre. Really nice rooms for the price you pay. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Beds are Comfy and staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it for the price if you need a cheap getaway.
Great location for exploring the Northern Quarter with easy access to major train stations. Really friendly staff who made check in/out quick and stress free. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.
Lovely friendly staff and perfect for one night's sleep. Rooms were clean and modern. Easy to get to. Area not amazing but it worked well for a budget night of accommodation when needing to get into the office early the next morning in city centre. Kinda noisy since the street is right outside but if you bring earplugs you're fine. Pillows were a bit flat but since I was there on my own I used the pillows from both twin beds (I booked late and they'd run out of single rooms). Bed was comfy. I like the eco friendly room cards too! Very cool. Thank you ❤️ I'd definitely stay again!
Great location and perfect if you are looking for somewhere just to sleep for the night. Beds are comfy enough but I would not want 2 nights in one of them. Pillows are terrible. Small but clean shower room with fresh towels. Partial frosted glass windows offer visual protection from whoever is in the room with you, but they can still see your head and feed whilst you shower which is odd. An unnecessary design. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again? By myself for one night - yes. With someone else or multiple nights - no.
The room was clean and comfortable. There were no tables, chairs, or complimentary kettle with coffee/tea. The bathroom was small but clean. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the city centre. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. The staff were respectful. They will only clean the room when you check out. I was there for 5 nights and if I wanted my room cleaned I had to pay. The lift/elevator was small and the screen/indicator was not functioning well at that time. The free WiFi was fast. The price for the room was, IMO, okay for the service, location, and convenience.
