I was greeted by amazingly friendly and polite reception staff. They treated me like a friend and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I was booked into a lower floor room but the employee I spoke with upgraded me for free to a room on the 3rd floor just cause he thought that would be more comfortable for me. The room was small but comfortable and clean, with a comfy bed and good aircon. The location is great, really close to Piccadilly Station and it was 5 minutes away from where I needed to go the next day for work. I didn't hear much noise from outside which was nice. I would definitely recommend for someone travelling alone for a few nights. The room might be a bit small for 2 people.
Staff was attentive. I didn’t really expect much since this was an economical hotel. But each request (although not many) were adequately met. It was safe, pleasant and a great location.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location 2 minutes from the northern quarter, plenty of attractions and bars about. Nice walk to centre. Rooms are a bit small, best for a solo traveller. Comfy and clean and does the job for a short solo trip. Staff were very attentive
The customer service was amazing. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and welcoming. There was ever so slight noise coming from outside however it did not disturb sleep. Check in and check out was very straightforward. Would likely come back again.
Good enough place to stay, especially for a quick overnight solo stay. Room is definitely small but it’s affordable and could be worse. Mattress was equivalent to a hospital bed but I was still able to sleep fine. Room was clean. The people who work here were very nice.
