I went to Nick with patellofemoral pain, which was restricting my exercise regime. Nick thoroughly examined/tested my knee and gave me a rehab programme to follow at home, and advice on exercise sessions. With regular reviews, tapered as the pain lessened, and accupuncture, I also gained a lot of information and advice around training in the future. My knee is now pain free. Would highly recommend. I gained more from my sessions than I expected with Nick's holistic approach.
After attending bootcamps for a while and loving them I decided to sign up to their eight week program. Jamie and the other trainers were amazing throughout, full of knowledge, regular check ins, great classes and now I have more consistency and routine than ever before. Highly recommend ☺️
I’ve trained at Easy St for about 7 years now and have always enjoyed the bootcamps. The trainers are always friendly and are experts in what they do. Most recently I have complete the Easy 8 online coaching program and would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to kickstart a healthier lifestyle. I love my PT sessions with Georgia Greenhalgh. She pushes me but also understands my limitations.
