I’m a 69 year old who came to easy street physio Brogan in 2022 with a serious rotator cuff injury. By the new year I was recovering well and decided to try pt’s in the gym to improve my health and well being. I’ve worked with Shay on a one to one basis since and know now what a great decision I made to do it. I continue to train three times a week and won’t be giving up any time soon. I initially started having PT sessions as a way to support my partner in her decision to get fitter, but during the time we've been training with Georgia I've come to enjoy the sessions myself and look forward to the next.
I tore a calf muscle whilst skiing in February 2022. The leg kept letting me down and in June 2023 I saw Brogan Lawrie in Rochdale for physiotherapy. It was a long haul but Brogan got the strength back in my injured leg and generally improved my overall strength. I am now ready to ski again at age 75. I am so grateful for her excellent work.
