I had an amazing experience at the practice today, my kids have been using here for a while now. I only just joined them after being on the waiting list for few months and i am happy. The staffs are friendly. Joanne and Charlie attended to me they made my experience wonderful. They are very friendly and professional, We chatted all through and they gave me few brushing tips and recommended what i could buy that will improve my teeth. Thank you!
Finished my course of treatment by Charlie and Joanne and my next appointment is in 6 months. Honestly a calming experience it has been. No nervousness waiting to go in and so friendly and professional. Feels like I've known them for years. My only complaint is that I wasn't in the chair long enough to have a good chat with them both. I havent been to any dentist in 4 years, keept postponing as it took me many years to find my previous dentist (not in UK). Eventually my gums gave up and I had no choice but to get a check up. I am SO Happy I found this place! I booked up for a checkup, thinking it would be maybe weeks till I get a descaling apptm. that I desperately needed. But - I had my check up, and was asked if I wanted a descaling then and there. Now, I had always struggled with that, sensitive, weak gums, the seat is more or less a torture chair - and often times, a lenghty process. Not this time. The reassurance from both Bethan and her assistant made the process made such a difference: both were telling me what is happening, which area was going to get targeted next and how well I am doing (sounds silly but it helped a lot) and I didnt feel rushed when I needed a minute. Also surprisingly it felt so much quicker than any of my previous experiences. I have always felt anxious and insecure to go to dentist, I am sure most of us dread the word, but I can say with confidence that I am looking forward for my 6mths checkup. I haven't been to a dentist in many years following a bad experience and anxiety. This place, however, is different. Dentist & nurse are down to earth, accomodating and most importantly to me, gentle. They also have a solid website with visible availability so it's easy to book. I was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still saw me, so a big thank you for that.
Incredibly friendly staff, put me at ease and clearly explained a plan of action regarding my treatment to me. I left knowing I won't be as apprehensive of going to the dentist next time.
