Review for stay in July: Reception staff were lovely and accommodating. South Asian lady allowed us to store our bags before check in and then when checking in properly Albert was amazing, very kind and professional. The room we had was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very happy with our 1-night stay. Fantastic location , within a few minutes from Piccadilly station, very friendly staff (that’s Manchester!) and comfortable room. Great to be able to choose the room when using the Hilton app (I’d pick a room facing the back of the hotel, not the street opposite which the Holiday inn is located, nor the perpendicular one-or on a high floor to avoid street noise (sound proof is quite good, however)
It's a beautiful lobby restaurant. The staffs are friendly and always helpful. The semi buffet style breakfast offers a good selection of cereals, pastries, sausages, fruits, yogurt, tea and coffee. The ambience of the restaurant is quiet and classy.
Our recent dining experience was absolutely incredible and made our Christmas celebration unforgettable. The service was impeccable, with special thanks to the manager, Martin, who really went the extra mile! Not only did he surprise us with festive Christmas crackers, but his recommendations were spot on as well. We're also impressed by how the hotel handles allergies – we've dined here several times, and it's always top-notch! A big shout-out to Adrian and Ruben for their excellent service, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Hilton Piccadilly, especially for those with gluten-free dietary needs. And don’t miss the onion rings – they’re a must-try!
The Front Office Manager, Marianne, was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. She ensured our check-in and stay were smooth and pleasant. Doubletree is always a lovely place to stay at, with their warm scrumptuous cookie given at check-in, which is an added touch! 2 out of 3 lifts were not working though, but wouldn’t mark them down for it as it didn’t affect us much and we were informed of it prior to check-in. Location is its strong point as it is walking distance to the Piccadilly train station and there are nearby cafes and restaurants too. The things we needed for a restful stay were met: room was clean, fragrant and quiet. Good quality of sheets and the bed was comfortable too. Charging sockets were ample and conveniently placed by the bedside. Shower was up to standard. Breakfast was great and had quality selection. The options of vanilla, hazelnut and caramel syrups were also readily available when having a hot bev— a bonus which you dont often find at other hotels.
