I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly during a business trip, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a delicious complimentary cookie, which set a positive tone for my stay. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, including a generous workspace, which was perfect for my business needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring that I had restful nights after long days of meetings. The hotel's location is another significant plus. Being just a short walk from key business districts and transportation links made it incredibly convenient for my schedule. Additionally, the on-site facilities, including a fitness center and a stylish bar, provided great options for unwinding after work. Overall, I highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly for any business travelers. The combination of comfort, excellent service, and a prime location truly makes it a standout choice. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Manchester!
This hotel was perfectly located near the city center, buses, trams and the main train station. As well as near tons of restaurants and shops. Everything truly is in walking distance. We loved every bit of it. The breakfast was absolutely plentiful and tons of options. The bar staff, and our server Natalie were so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was so knowledgeable and very helpful. If we make another trip we will stay here again! Thank you for the absolutely phenomenal service and experience in Manchester Picadilly.
Stayed here with my family and had a great experience. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was nice and well kept. We received an email prior to our stay saying that the lift was out of order; however, when we got there one was working fine. As gold members, we got free breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and offered many choices. We arrived early as we had an overnight flight; they allowed us an early check in. The hotel location is great and right next to public transportation. Highly recommend this hotel!
Location is great, close to bars and restaurants and the gay village. Staff will try to accommodate the guests wherever they can! I was able to switch my room even though it was booked out ❤️ Rooms are clean and have all you need, could do with a little color or decoration.
Review for stay in July: Reception staff were lovely and accommodating. South Asian lady allowed us to store our bags before check in and then when checking in properly Albert was amazing, very kind and professional. The room we had was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
