We had a problem with a leak, called Darren that showed up the day after with 4 more people and told us where the problem was. He also told us he would get in touch at the beginning of the week and let us know when he would be able to come. We waited for the weekend, then tried to get in touch with me but he didn't replied back to the my messages, nor answered the calls. So, my wife called him with her number, five minutes after I had called him, and he picked up, sounding a bit surprised. He told me he woul let me know, but of course ghosted me again. I understand they may be busy, but I would have appreciated being simply told "Sorry, mate, I cannot do it right now".
I rarely write reviews but Darren deserves one. Overall, I am very fussy about who works on my house - I would highly recommend Darren to anyone and will do to all the people on my street. Friendly, open, honest, hard working. Explained what needed doing and sorted it very easily. You want a great roofer you can trust - use these guys.
First class job at a very competitive price. We'd had 2 previous roofers look at it and "fix" it but they didn't find the actual problem, so it continued to leak. Darren and his team came out and helped us on an emergency call at the crack of dawn and were with us within the hour when we really needed the help. They got on to our roof despite the heavy rain and fixed the issue without any hesitation and at a very reasonable price. The team have continued to be the most helpful and professional and they always make the time for us when needed. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
