Brilliant service from Darren and his team. Great communication via text to arrange and confirm the appointment, turned up on time (on a Sunday), did the job under difficult conditions - windy!, and at an excellent price. So pleased we recommended him to our neighbour and he fixed their chimney problem there and then! Thanks lads!
We had a problem with a leak, called Darren that showed up the day after with 4 more people and told us where the problem was. He also told us he would get in touch at the beginning of the week and let us know when he would be able to come. We waited for the weekend, then tried to get in touch with me but he didn't replied back to the my messages, nor answered the calls. So, my wife called him with her number, five minutes after I had called him, and he picked up, sounding a bit surprised. He told me he woul let me know, but of course ghosted me again. I understand they may be busy, but I would have appreciated being simply told "Sorry, mate, I cannot do it right now".
First class job at a very competitive price. We'd had 2 previous roofers look at it and "fix" it but they didn't find the actual problem, so it continued to leak. Darren of DMRoofing spotted it straight away, explained what the issue was and sorted it quickly. A big thank you for an excellent job done properly and professionally.
Wanted to drop quick note to express our gratitude for the fantastic job fixing the roof leak at our house. I rarely write reviews but Darren deserves one. Overall, I am very fussy about who works on my house - I would highly recommend Darren to anyone and will do to all the people on my street. Friendly, open, honest, hard working. Explained what needed doing and sorted it very easily. You want a great roofer you can trust - use these guys.
