Amazing optician and lovely receptionist. I was working locally and had what felt like a rock stuck in my eye, my partner called up and they seen me straight away, within a few minutes the optician (I’m sorry I forgotten his name) checked my eye and got it out so I could get back to work. Thanks a lot
I have NEVER seen such a rude receptionist in my life! I felt disgusted by the rude treatment by the blonde woman at reception. No one was in the shop, we both had masks, all I wanted was to know the price of a frame I was really interested in buying (I even provided a photo for her through the glass - because she left me outside and didn't even let me in! Yeah we are in lockdown but NO ONE WAS INSIDE and i even asked you if you could just provide me with the price after you saw the photo while I could stay outside the clinic like a dog. I would not buy anything from you even if you were the last shop left on earth.
