Hi Ashley, i loaned you one of my son’s travel bags and was pleased that you were sorted. DON’T GO BACK TO THEM and think you’ll get that kind of service again - you ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT. It doesn’t operate like that. You just happened to come into the shop when the manageress was away on holiday so I was in a position to use my own initiative. I don’t work for this company anymore. I was literally PUSHED OUT after being lied to by the manageress for months. I worked for them for SEVEN YEARS. I would advise anyone NOT TO PATRONISE THIS COMPANY. There is nothing special about them in any way whatsoever like they claim. THEY ARE THE BOTTOM OF THE PILE, RUN ON THE VERY CHEAP. Their prices are not cheap though! Much better value and service are readily available elsewhere.

Have used the dry cleaners for a long while, the service is 2nd to none and the staff friendly. The manageress is so helpful and will go the extra mile to give a 1st class service. Highly recommend.
