We have stayed at the Dakota Hotel several times and always look forward to our next visit. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We’ve experienced a variety of room types, all of which meet a high standard, with the Signature Suite & Deluxe Suite being our personal favourite. We were also fortunate enough to experience the Grand Deluxe Suite, which was by far the most luxurious room in the hotel. The food, whether from the restaurant or room service, is always exceptional, and we’ve never been disappointed. The Dakota will remain our go-to hotel for many years, and we highly recommend it to all – you won’t be disappointed.
I stayed at the Dakota Manchester earlier this year, and had an absolutely amazing time. Kaitlyn was around for our breakfast and the rest of the day and made us feel super comfortable. She was bubbly, friendly and very attentive. She checked in on us, gave us some great recommendations around Manchester and would definitely come back because of her! Couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough!!
Lovely hotel, staff all very professional and pleasant. The room was good size, AC worked fine, lovely practical layout, nice big window too. The bathroom was excellent with a brilliant rain shower. Only negative was the bed was too soft for me but that’s just me, everything else was excellent. We had a double room and next time I would book a king bed for the larger bed. The whole hotel was spotless.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed so warmly, making me feel right at home. It was my birthday, and they really went above and beyond to make the day special for me – from thoughtful touches to personalized attention, it was clear that customer care is their top priority. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was so inviting. I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!
Had a business meeting at Dakota Manchester, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel has a luxurious feel, with a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere that sets it apart. The outdoor area is perfect for a relaxed meeting, and the cigar selection is impressive. The staff were outstanding—attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect.
