Absolutely wonderful stay in a perfect hotel. Great rooms...amazing staff and exceptional food. Relaxed atmosphere not pretentious in any way. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Special mention to restaurant staff didn't get the name of the chap that served us but thankyou for making our night so great.

Beautiful hotel, calm and peaceful. All the staff are amazing - so welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the balcony suite for 2 nights and said we would go back. Valet parking is good value and service. Breakfast was nice and the terrace bar is gorgeous for drinks and small plates. Would recommend the bread with venetian dip!
Fantastic hotel. The service is 100% and staff could not be more helpful and professional. Restaurant food is top class. Rooms are 5 star quality for sure . Short canal side walk from Man City grounds. Highly recommended.
I stayed at this hotel after getting married and I can honestly say it was one of my most favourable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service was impeccable. I have genuinely never experienced it like that before. I had a wonderful experience with the valet service also for my car. The food, incredible. I am 100% going to be staying here again when in Manchester and recommending it to all of my friends and family. The atmosphere, the vibe, was just exactly to my liking. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding night hotel.
