I had the most incredible experience at The Dakota Hotel , especially thanks to the restaurant manager Liv Miller and the amazing service. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed so warmly, making me feel right at home. It was my birthday, and they really went above and beyond to make the day special for me – from thoughtful touches to personalized attention, it was clear that customer care is their top priority. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was so inviting. I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!
Great service from Eddy, He always goes above and beyond. The rooms are immaculate. We got upgraded to a suite this time it was unbelievable, possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
We really love the lounge as it's cosy, classy, with great service and does great cocktails. On my birthday we went to the lounge for some wonderful cocktails. the staff couldn't have been more lovely, and when we found we had left our umbrellas in the taxi they gifted us a Dakota umbrella which was incredibly nice of them. It saved us getting wet as it was pouring down.
Excellent well presented hotel, room I had was large and well laid out, two bathrooms is an excellent idea, bed large and soft giving a good night's sleep. Food in restaurant well cooked and presented and restaurant staff excellent.... Breakfast was good but it did take some time for it to arrive along with the coffee...front desk staff great ... Price for hotel is reflected in the service you receive and the quality of the rooms so isn't a problem and location was perfect for the area of Manchester we were visiting, Try a Dakota hotel and you'll never stop at a travel lodge or premier inn again .
We came here for food and it didn't disappoint. The food was incredible, so fresh, so tasty. The service was lovely too. A great atmosphere, perfect for date night or a special occasion, it felt lovely inside. We had a wonderful evening.
