We had a great overnight stay here, When we first arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff member at reception . Check-in was seamless and took only a matter of minutes. Whilst we were checking in the gentleman at the reception desk, explained everything to us and if we would need any help etc to just come and ask. Our room. We had a simple 2 double beds family room, tea and coffee provided along with a fridge with a few bottles of water. The room was simple but nicely decorated and furnished, huge TV, 2 sitting chairs and ample desk space. The bathroom was very clean, with both a bath and a separate shower. The beds were super comfortable and no issues sleeping, as we couldn't hear a sound from outside. We didn't really have a view, which didn't bother us as we were only stopping one night. Breakfast was very nice, although it was buffet style, the food was fresh, tasty and piping hot with a wide choice available. From cooked breakfast to baked goods, fresh juices and teas and coffees. On the whole we had a great night's stay, The rooms were good, the staff were nice helpful and friendly and the breakfast was spot on. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future and would recommend this hotel to others
Stayed here a few times before. Great location. . Comfy bed, free room upgrade with our level of membership. The drinks and breakfast in the club lounge were good. They looked after our bag for a few hours after check out .
Comfortable stay all along. The staff is super courteous. A special mention of Housekeeping staff which works tirelessly to ensure that the guests get everything in order when they're back after a long day.
Staff are so friendly and helpful, hotel lovely and kept very clean. Food served fantastic and reasonably priced, the club room facilities are excellent with beautiful views. 5 Minutes walk from Arndale centre
