We had a great overnight stay here, When we first arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff member at reception . Check-in was seamless and took only a matter of minutes. Whilst we were checking in the gentleman at the reception desk, explained everything to us and if we would need any help etc to just come and ask. Our room. We had a simple 2 double beds family room, tea and coffee provided along with a fridge with a few bottles of water. The room was simple but nicely decorated and furnished, huge TV, 2 sitting chairs and ample desk space. The bathroom was very clean, with both a bath and a separate shower. The beds were super comfortable and no issues sleeping, as we couldn't hear a sound from outside. We didn't really have a view, which didn't bother us as we were only stopping one night. Breakfast was very nice, although it was buffet style, the food was fresh, tasty and piping hot with a wide choice available. From cooked breakfast to baked goods, fresh juices and teas and coffees. On the whole we had a great night's stay, The rooms were good, the staff were nice helpful and friendly and the breakfast was spot on. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future and would recommend this hotel to others

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Manchester City for three nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well-maintained with a great location—just a short walk from the city center and Victoria train station, which made getting around very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the stay was good. However, one downside is that most rooms don’t offer an outside view, which can make the space feel a bit enclosed. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety of options, though it could be improved by offering fresh juices instead of concentrate-based ones. A special mention to Yupin in the breakfast area—she was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and her friendly attitude truly brightened each morning.
Every time I have stayed here the hotel reception staff have been welcoming. Check in is quick and the rooms are up to standards. IHG offer milestones and little perks the more you stay so make sure to download the app. You get additional points if you go green and skip the clean. And the complimentary water is a lovely touch. In regards to location, it’s right next to all the shops and tram lines.
We stayed only one night at this nice modern hotel near Victoria Station. Our room, overlooking the street, was clean and spatious. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Excellent buffet-style breakfast. The standard wifi was disappointingly slow, however. Overall, this is a reasonably-priced accommodation in one of the most vibrant areas of the city.
