They were perfect. Very accommodating I asked for the stairs due to having a phobia with lifts and the receptionist said we can do better than that and gave us a ground floor never once has another hotel responded like this. They truly care about their customers 😊
First time staying here and was really impressed. The staff were amazing, from check in to check out, everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you could need for an overnight stay plus more. We stayed on the club floor (8th floor, great views!) which meant we could use the club room. Lots of drinks and snacks available all day plus alcoholic ones and canapés between 6pm-8pm. I sat in there on my own whilst partner was at a concert and felt at home and completely safe. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!
I usually prefer crown plaza hotels but this one was a huge disappointment! The staff at the reception were unfriendly and helpless! We booked our room two week early and selected double beds but when arriving they only had one bedroom rooms available and wouldn’t help or try to fix the issue! Even though we paid for two beds! Definitely never coming back here!
Lovely Friday night stay in a king room with Club Lounge access and breakfast. Can't fault it:the staff were lovely and helpful and the room was spotless. Breakfast was so nice. We enjoyed the Club Lounge access although the canapés were a bit lacking, however the service was faultless. Views across the city are pretty cool. Really close to Arndale, Printworks and the Arena and Victoria Station. Parking at the AOCP is subsidised with a voucher (you have to call the parking attendant from the machine to activate it). Should have been £24 for our parking but paid £18 with the discount. Will be staying again.
