Our school had issues with air conditioning units being damaged due to high wind. The team were very quick to come out to assess, initially aiming to repair rather than replace but due to the very old age, parts are no longer available. The team did the survey very quickly, returning a quote in a matteer of days. being a school we need three quotes and not only did CAT come in cheapest, they were the most prompt and professional.
