Took my coat here recently as it had a broken zip and I saw on their website they did repairs/alterations. They did a great job at fixing it for a reasonable price and I'm very happy with the result. Highly recommended!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for Clean inc. Being petite I have to have a lot of things taken up and having recently moved to the area tried this place and they were amazing. First of all the lady who works on the front desk is so lovely and friendly, I liked her straight away. The service they offer is really well priced and I was surprised at how quick! I’ve previously tried places that cost double the price and take a month whereas here it was a few days. Getting my dresses back they’ve done exactly what I asked and to a really high standard. Will be using them going forward for any alterations, thank you!
Left a set of linen curtains for dry cleaning, they shrank. Had I been advised that this could happen I would not have taken a risk. The managment said take them back to the manufacturer, couldn’t care less. Very poor customer service
No problem with the cleaning service at all. What I am concerned about however is why they insist on putting my clothes in single use plastic when returning them to me. I bought my own bag (and hanger), with my name on, but was told that it can't be used and that they can only use their own single use plastic wrapper. This doesn't seem very environmentally conscious in this day and age. Seems very wasteful. I emailed them a month ago but have received no reply.
Very happy with the service provided. The customer support and communication between myself and CleanInc was excellent from beginning to end; I often plenty have plenty of questions and the staff always take the time to answer them all and put my mind at ease, especially when it comes to alterations! The price is very very good considering the quality of service provided and delivery is always prompt. Don’t have any second thoughts about using this service, you won’t be disappointed!!!
