Very good location and spacious apartments. Positive: - Kitchen and appliances were spotless and modern - Big spacious bathroom with bathtub - Tv in living and room - Very comfortable bed and bedding - Pool and jacuzzi - Great breakfast - Umbrella rental for 48hr at 3£ Negatives: - You have to take out your own rubbish daily - We stayed for 4 nights and asked to have the room serviced in two ocassion, on both times housekeepers were "too busy" , I told them we had no rubbish bags and the floor needed to be vacuum because of our toddler. We only got towels replaced and used our own shopping bags for the rubbish.
We stayed at this place for 2 nights , When we check in lovely staff was nice and helpful . I asked them would I be able to do late check out . Paying it’s not a problem . They said if it helps we can have 12 o’clock check out . And I said it’s fine . Air conditioning wasn't working so we been told to open window. . (It was cold outside so we didn’t mind ) when it was time to check out I been told the latest check out has to be 11:30 . The man at reception was very rude . Refused put our bags in luggage storage . He nearly had a fight with the my boyfriend . This was just not acceptable!!
Despite a busy breakfast restaurant due to a fully booked hotel, the service and food was exceptional well worth the wait. Lovely manager on shift attended to all our needs despite being pulled in all directions. Unbelievable food and amazing two bed apartment, which was spotless. Highly recommend - do book breakfast slot in advance though to avoid a wait
Loved it here, the rooms had so much space and felt really homey. The bed was a bit uncomfy and the pool for some reason was not heated at all. The jacuzzi however was though. Its in a really good location. Very close to the Arndale shopping centre.
Stayed here for a few nights and the room had everything we needed, a full size fridge, ironing equipment, and so much more. The reason why i gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the room was that the iron was faulty and leaked- which left our clothes a little wet. Also, parking is a little annoying - you do however get given a discount at the nearby parking lot, but you must speak to reception each time you leave. Once my partner had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to open the gate for us. Other than that food was delicious, the breakfast we couldn’t fault at all. Staff were lovely, food came fast and hot.. unlimited drinks as well. Another advantage was that breakfast was served until 12pm which was amazing as most places stop breakfast earlier. The swimming pool was lovely, very big. We went at around 11am and had the entire pool to ourselves, i wish the pool was a little deeper though and the hot tub wasn’t working. Overall great experience, friendly staff.. i would come here again!
