Richard Muller at City Plumbing Oldham branch was excellent when we decided to renovate our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he was friendly and personable. He came to measure up, spent a long time with us picking out every item down to the last detail and making sure it aligned with our tastes and our budget and he created a 3D design so we could visualise how everything would look. He was always prompt with contact, kept things moving for us and worked hand-in-hand with our fitters, helping to swap an item when needed during installation. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
Superb service from Steve at City Plumbing Oldham. From our initial enquiry to the end of the installation of our ensuite and bathroom everything was monitored and went perfectly to plan. Steve, the showroom manager, gave us the benefit of his many years of experience when we needed guidance about the different options available. He even helped with sourcing the team who fitted them, recommending Lee Vickerstaff and his colleague Dom. I would like to give a huge shout out to Richard M at City Plumbing Oldham. He has been exceptional, super friendly, professional and super helpful. I had been talking about changing my bathroom for a very long time but did not know where to start. Richard was there to take me through every step during the planning stage to final installation. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects from tiling/flooring/bathroom furniture options and made lots of valuable suggestions. When Rich created the CAD drawing of my new bathroom, it was then that I could see what my potential new bathroom would look like and I was sold! There was no hard sell and any pressure to go ahead with purchasing anything. Rich even helped me find bathroom fitters; Dave n Ant. They were absolutely amazing and did a brilliant job.
