We had an amazing stay at Supercity Aparthotels on Church Street. We’re a family of three, travelling with a small child, and honestly, from start to finish everything was just perfect. Even before we arrived, Antonia from the reservations team was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure we had a lovely apartment that was just right for us in fact, she went above and beyond and booked us an apartment on the top floor with an amazing private rooftop terrace. It was such a special touch and made our stay feel really memorable. ☺️☺️ When we arrived, we were greeted by Patrick at reception, who was so warm and welcoming. He told us the baby cot was already set up in the apartment, and when he noticed we didn’t have a high chair (which we hadn’t even thought to ask for), he immediately offered to have one sent up. Within minutes, housekeeping had sorted it out. He also gave us some great tips about the city and made us feel completely at home. We were lucky to be placed in a top-floor apartment, which had amazing views and made our stay feel even more special. When we mentioned we had a car, Patrick sorted out parking for us straight away, no fuss. Honestly, everything about this stay was fantastic, the apartment, the service, the people. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a hotel, and we’ll definitely be back. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Manchester.
Incredibly wonderful people, me and my partner stayed here for 6 months while our apartment had construction on it and the staff are fabulous, nothing is too much. They perfected the little details that matter the most from chocolates at new year and always a friendly smile and opening a door for you. Incredible experience and couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms are fabulous, everything you need is there and it’s perfectly located. 10 out of 10 everytime.
I feel compelled to write this overdue review regarding a physical assault I experienced, which resulted in my hospitalization, involving a receptionist working at the front desk of the hotel. I currently have an ongoing investigation with CPS, and I believe the hotel has not taken appropriate compliance measures or safety precautions for its guests and tenants. As a tenant of the building, I have raised my concerns with my neighbors, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience in a review to raise awareness of potential future harm. I believe the hotel has not acted appropriately. I could share graphic pictures of my injuries, but I feel they require a trigger warning. Additionally, I have been gaslit by both the aggressor and the hotel staff. They have CCTV evidence of the incident, and when I returned home from the hospital and asked to speak to the manager, I was simply told to "put some ice on it." I have received contradictory responses from hotel management regarding how they are handling the situation. It is appalling that I now have to ask my neighbors to walk me to the elevator in my own lobby for safety. Having stayed at this hotel before, I can attest that it has a male-dominated environment that emits an air of misogyny. Women should not stay here alone; even in the company of others, I still faced danger. The gaslighting and the incompetent way the hotel handles safety compliance are unacceptable. I received an apology from the police for initially believing the aggressor's lies, but I have not received any apology from the hotel, and they continue to employ him. He is often present in the residential lobby late at night, making my neighbors and I feel unsafe in our own homes. I hope the hotel recognizes the seriousness of this matter and takes appropriate action.

Every detail of the service is designed to make you feel cared for, and its clear they go above beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for cozy, welcoming experience!
We had 4 of us in a two bed apartment, it was great to have the space available in the apartment rather than a hotel room. Kitchen had good utensils, was nice to have a bottle of water and small milk in the fridge on arrival to enable us to make some hot drinks. Tea, coffee, biscuits, shampoo and body wash are all supplied. Two dishwasher tablets and two washing machine tablets are also supplied in the apartment which was a nice touch. Washing up liquid, tea towels and bath towels are also supplied. The apartment was nice and clean and we had a lovely view out the windows. Shower was powerful and bath was nice to have. TV in the bedrooms and front room as well as a radio. From WiFi in the apartment was good and plenty of signal. Reception were friendly on check in and out and also when we were leaving our entering the building. There is a bin store on the floor we were staying, so not far to go to take the rubbish out. There were a couple of things that moved it down to 4 stars - we could hear water going down the pipes from the apartment above, this isn't too bad, but early in the morning when there are no other sounds can seem quite loud. Also the pillows were really hard, which we found uncomfortable. It also would have been nice to have some spare bin bags available for when you've taken your rubbish out. We would consider staying here again.
