I stayed at Church Street with two friends and honestly, the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. We came to get ready and go out in Drag, and it couldn’t have been a better place for it. The team was incredibly welcoming and professional. Huge shoutout to Patryk, Rob, and Angel on the day shift, and Yash on nights — all of them were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had great lighting — perfect for doing makeup — and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Manchester and close to everything. Definitely a place I’d recommend, especially for anyone in the LGBTQ+ community. We felt safe, welcome, and well looked after. Can’t wait to come back!
We had an amazing stay at Supercity Aparthotels on Church Street. We’re a family of three, travelling with a small child, and honestly, from start to finish everything was just perfect. Even before we arrived, Antonia from the reservations team was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure we had a lovely apartment that was just right for us in fact, she went above and beyond and booked us an apartment on the top floor with an amazing private rooftop terrace. It was such a special touch and made our stay feel really memorable. ☺️☺️ When we arrived, we were greeted by Patrick at reception, who was so warm and welcoming. He told us the baby cot was already set up in the apartment, and when he noticed we didn’t have a high chair (which we hadn’t even thought to ask for), he immediately offered to have one sent up. Within minutes, housekeeping had sorted it out. He also gave us some great tips about the city and made us feel completely at home. We were lucky to be placed in a top-floor apartment, which had amazing views and made our stay feel even more special. When we mentioned we had a car, Patrick sorted out parking for us straight away, no fuss. Honestly, everything about this stay was fantastic, the apartment, the service, the people. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a hotel, and we’ll definitely be back. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Manchester.
Our stay at was absolute perfection! From the impeccable rooms to the fantastic service, every detail was delightful. A huge thank you to Rob for his incredibly warm welcome and huge assistance, and to Patryk for his outstanding, attentive service throughout our stay. Their genuine friendliness truly made our trip unforgettable. We can't recommend this place enough – it's a true gem, made even brighter by stars like Rob and Patryk!
The hotel was decent overall. The staff were friendly and provided good service, and the location was excellent. Prices were reasonable, which added to the value. However, there was a bar nearby that caused some noise at night, and there was a slight unpleasant smell in the apartment. Still, the stay was generally acceptable 🤝🏻
Incredibly wonderful people, me and my partner stayed here for 6 months while our apartment had construction on it and the staff are fabulous, nothing is too much. They perfected the little details that matter the most from chocolates at new year and always a friendly smile and opening a door for you. Incredible experience and couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms are fabulous, everything you need is there and it’s perfectly located. 10 out of 10 everytime.
