When my boiler stopped working I was lucky enough to call Chris first. He fixed it initially, but it was on its last legs and gave up the ghost soon after. Chris then fitted a new boiler and a couple of radiators, and throughout was great to work with. Highly recommended, would give more stars if possible!
After two engineers from my heating insurance company failed to fix my boiler I came across Chris Harvey Plumbing and Heating. From the initial conversation with Chris I felt reassured and confident that he knew what he was talking about. I felt heard and understood and he explained calmly what he thought the problem might be and his colleague - Jamie, came out promptly. Jamie was polite, friendly, well presented and covid aware wearing correct p.p.e. He explained why I had been getting the problems with my the boiler - in layman's terms - plus handy tips to help me understand the boiler going forward. Jamie located and fixed the fault within 20 minutes, and for a very reasonable price. He even reassured me that the boiler did not require a further procedure ( which one of the other gas engineers had said was urgent! and would have cost me £300!) I can’t recommend Chris and Jamie highly enough. They are a decent, honest hardworking team who really know their stuff! At long last I know my boiler is in safe hands, which is very reassuring. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Many thanks to you both.
We had a nightmare straight after Christmas when the boiler packed in no hot water or heating with 3 children to keep warm we made a few phone calls and every quote was through the roof or they couldn’t call out to fix it for two weeks!! Then we was recommended to ring Chris and he came back with a great quote which we could afford and he replaced the boiler the next day which was a very neat and tidy job as he also replaced some old bad pipe work!! We have a new boiler fully tested and certified safe under warranty and a care plan set up.... Would highly recommend great service and great after care 10 out of 10
Chris came round at super short notice for us this morning as our boiler had stopped working. Fixed the boiler and a leaking radiator, no fuss just straight to it. Really nice guy and very pleased with what he's charged. Will be using him again for sure. Thanks Chris!
