I’ve been coming to this gym since 2013 (9 years) and I still love it, everyone is always welcome and more than willing to offer advice.
Spent 3 months training at different gyms around Manchester and this was my favourite. Fantastic equipment, absolutely everything you need, and the owner is extremely friendly, helpful and cares about the atmosphere
Excellent old school bodybuilding gym. It says open 24/7 however this is misleading as no one’s allowed in after midnight. This is no use to me as I don’t finish work until midnight!
Absolutely the best gym for a great workout no nonsense and the owners are top I've been going here for years, it is open 24 hours no lies any day of the year including Christmas and New year.
Great gym! Has everything you need whatever your fitness goals.Good value for money and a friendly atmosphere.
