I was referred to this practice by my orthodontist as I needed some dental surgery. The practice waiting area and rooms are very nice. As a very nervous patient, I felt comfortable here. All the staff were polite and caring and they answered any queries I had to put my mind at ease. Dr Nuha and the nurse caring for me were calm and professional. They made me feel comfortable with my treatment and I felt more confident due to their care on the day. Thank you
From entering the building we were very impressed, it was clean and well organised. The reception staff were very friendly. We were not waiting long at all and were taken straight into the scanning room by Caroline. She was extremely accommodating and friendly. After a minimal wait we were then taken into the dental surgery room and greeted my Suzie and her nurse. Suzie was very welcoming and ensured we were comfortable. She talked us through everything she did and answered any questions we had thoroughly and with extensive knowledge. She explained everything in a step by step manner and gave us a number of treatment options. After the examination we were given a lovely coffee whilst the team put together a treatment plan. Suzie then invited us back into a relaxed and private consultation space and together we agreed my treatment plan. At no point did we feel obliged to sign up for the treatment. We did however, find the plan and additional guidance very comprehensive. My next appointments are booked in and I am very excited to return to them and see the end product. I am new to the area and have been looking for a trusted Dentist - pleased to say I have found one at Cheadle Hulme Dental. My dentist was friendly, warm, and made me feel very at ease. The office & treatment rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Referred here for my dental x-rays. The surgery is lovely, feels very luxurious as you walk in. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The x-ray itself was quick, however the first time they had a machine glitch and lost the scans, and did not reach out to let me know they needed redoing. It was only when I checked in 6 months later with my own dental practice that it was flagged. Scans were re-taken within a week. Overall decent experience.
When I first arrived at the surgery I was impressed by the layout and design, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
