Charlotte gives absolutely amazing massages. I've had ongoing tightness and knots in my upper back for quite some time due to postural issues but Charlotte manages to sort it every time I'm having a flare up. The pressure of the massage is deep but perfect for relieving those super tight muscles. On one occasion, I pulled a muscle in my upper back whilst training, to the point I couldnt turn my head left or right without immense pain. Charlotte managed to fit me in and sort it on the day it occurred so it didn't affect my training. Thank you!
Been to Charlotte for a few sessions now she's very friendly and welcoming to both me and my young son . Very competitively priced and has really helped improve my posture by loosening the tight muscles in my upper back and traps. I weight train frequently but often neglect recovery aspect, Charlottes expertise (and hard elbows) have helped give me extra mobility around my shoulder blades to enhance my mind muscle connection on my training pull days. I have a slightly dipped left shoulder which has led to minor strength imbalances from side to side which has drastically improved in just 2 sessions. Excited to see the results in the mid to long term with charlottes massages as part of my recovery routine going forward.
Returning client. I started seeing Charlotte for sports massage when I was struggling to access my regular physio due to the covid backlog, and I have been seeing her ever since. I have chronic pain as a result of scoliosis, and I always feel better following treatment from Charlotte. She uses a range of techniques, has excellent knowledge and is able to advise in terms of self-management. The best thing though, is that she truly understands the benefit of exercise as pain management, and has helped me get back into exercising in a way that I'm no longer afraid of injuring myself, because she is always happy to advise in terms of rehabilitation and recovery. Hygiene standards are exceptional, rates are reasonable, and if you like a deep-tissue massage I would definitely recommend!
I’ve been using CB Sports Therapy for Sports Massage for about six months particularly for lower back pain and sciatica. I always leave feeling amazing! Charlotte always makes sure she finds out what my particular issue may be and targets the exact point of pain with massage, suction cups and a TENS machine. She’s got quite the bag of tricks! Her prices are fair and affordable, so you’ll have plenty of cash left for that cheeky end of week splurge on Wish! The hygiene standards of her therapy room and equipment are high, no streaks on the towels or sweat patches on the massage table! She’s the one smiling face I can’t wait to see when I walk in! I had treatment at CB Sports Therapy when I was suffering with a trapped nerve in my shoulder. Charlotte was very professional throughout, she made me feel comfortable and at ease whilst explaining the all the benefits of sports massage with confidence. I felt in capable hands. The room was lovely, well set out & spotless. The massage itself was firm but you’d expect nothing less with that type of treatment. I felt so much better, even after just one session. My shoulder felt less painful and Charlotte talked me through any aftercare I could do at home in order to improve my condition further.
