I was going to wait until I finished my course of treatment with Tom, but I believe he deserves the recognition now. I took a leap of faith on a Facebook add, at my first appointment I was anxious and nervous not knowing what to expect, Tom was lovely, kind and very understanding, he put me at ease immediately. 4 weeks in and I've never felt better, my aches and pains are almost non existent, I feel stronger, more relaxed and alot more confident with my body, I'm managing to go on longer walks each week without being in pain.
