I cannot rate Rich (the optician) and his team highly enough. I had urgent medical eye care through his opticians. The team were prompt, professional and followed through with my symptoms until we got to the bottom of it. The opticians itself is packed with stylish and classic glasses and has a lovely feel. Squeezed me in for a same day emergency eye care appointment. All staff were super friendly and the optician was very helpful. Booked in an eye test as well, they will be my new opticians going forward
Recommended. Really good service. The staff were able to squeeze in an appointment thanks to a late cancellation. They took time and care to examine the eye and completed the assessment without any hard sell that you would get from a high street optician.
I have used this optician over many years as have my children ( now adult) and other family members. There have been some changes over time however the service remains excellent. Outstanding customer care particularly from Kal who always goes the extra mile. I had my eyes tested today by Richard. Very thorough, helpful and happy to answer my questions. No hard sell.
