Needed to bring my little one for his first appointment and Rich was incredibly thorough.Very impressed with the efficiency and ease of booking and the appointment went very smoothly. Cadman Visioncare is a caring and dedicated, independent optician’s. I’ve been using them for over 15 years and have had exceptional service with both eye tests and Glaucoma related advice. They are lovely people and have a very good range of glasses frames too.
All the staff were lovely and squeezed us in next day for a quick eye check! They were all great with my little boy's first trip to the opticians. Thanks for taking care of us.
I was sent to have an eye ( under the Primary Care Eye Service) review by my local walk-in sent yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised that they could give me an appointment later in the afternoon. All the staff we very welcoming, professional and friendly. My assessment was delayed slightly but I was kept informed and even offered a cup of tea during my wait. The assessment was carried out sensitively and explanations on everything that was done were given, and my mind put to rest. I would have no hesitation in recommending this opticians to anyone require support. Thank you all.
Wow! Thanks so much. This is not my usual optician but Cadman’s were on a list for emergency eye care. I rang and was efficiently booked in for an emergency appointment later that day. I was greeted by the friendliest staff member and then the optician who reassured me with regards to my eye issue. Honestly though this is not my local optician, this place is so great. Would recommend them. Beautiful environment with a definite luxury feeling. If I lived nearer it would be my go to opticians. Thanks so much.
