I cannot recommend and thank Bromley Cross Opticians enough for their service with my daughter who chose her frames for her Irlen lenses here. They didn’t rush her, took their time with her to make sure that she was comfortable with the frames and at ease making her choice. Great experience at Bromley Cross Opticians. The wealth of knowledge and the care they give their customers has been amazing. The selection of glasses was much better than the routine high street opticians and the girls are really attentive they spend time with you to choose the right pair of glasses nothing is too much trouble.
I had been desperately looking for an out of stock YSL pair of glasses for the past year or so and when I found a picture of them dating from 2022 on Bromley Cross Opticians’ Facebook, Nicola was very helpful and was able to look in the stock if she still had them. She was then able to give me a discount, send me pictures and organise for a parcel to be sent to London. Stellar service and everyone I spoke to there was lovely!
