This hotel boasts a fantastic location right in the heart of the city centre, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Manchester. The price I secured was surprisingly affordable, especially for a weekend stay. The room itself had its pros and cons. While it was basic, it provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, which was perfect since I planned to spend most of my time out and about. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues—one of the lights wasn’t working, and the power sockets were inconveniently far from the bed, making it difficult to charge my phone while lying down. Overall, if you’re visiting Manchester and prioritising budget and location over luxury, this hotel is a solid choice. Just keep in mind that while the accommodations are no-frills, they offer good value for the price.

The hotel offers good value for money, particularly due to its excellent location close to Manchester’s city center. The room was decent and provided a reasonable level of comfort for the price. However, it wasn’t spotless—some corners could have been cleaner, which was slightly disappointing but manageable. Another issue was that the room amenities were not as described. Several items were missing, including basic bathroom accessories and other equipment that had been promised in the listing. This lack of attention to detail added to the frustration. Most concerning, however, was the poor customer service. The staff were not friendly or accommodating, and guest requests were often ignored. This lack of professionalism left a bad impression and significantly affected the overall experience. While the location and price were highlights, the shortcomings in cleanliness, missing amenities, and awful customer service mean I can only give it 3 stars.

I really didn’t expect much after seeing the reviews but the low price made me give it a shot as it really is unmatched compared to the hotels nearby. Here’s my honest opinion: Pros Location is amazing and right in the city center! I genuinely think that the rooms are okay - clean, well equipped and over all just great value for money. Cons The price reflects in the people coming here. As I’m writing this I hear the neighbors nextdoors (ridiculously loud)… got harassed by some men at reception earlier and the staff didn’t really say anything. There was a party going on with music on max volume. Again no one seems to care. The service was okay, at times friendly, but not outstanding. Conclusion If you’re on a budget and you have a tight sleep it’s a good option otherwise I’d probably avoid this place next time.

The price is quite reasonable, and the central location is a big plus. However, I didn’t feel particularly safe - hiring security staff to be on duty would be a good idea. The rooms are quite claustrophobic, and unfortunately, some guests leave much to be desired. Loud shouting at night doesn’t help with getting a good night’s sleep

You pay for what you get. Extremely central, correct price. Some details to fix and care of. Shower arm broken, impossible to wash your hairs, chandeliers and mirrors at the entrance dirty … beautiful but must be cleaned … bar offer looks like a joke( only 4 pre mixed drinks) , the “bar te tender” was unable to speak without read the menu …
