I saw Philip today for invisiline consultation and he was very thorough and explained everything clearly making me feel at easy and comfortable throughout! Wendy on reception was then very informative on finance options explaining all options available in a kind and patient manner! All staff at this practice are friendly and always have smiles on their faces. Thank you for making me feel so at ease at coming to the dentist!
Mr Jackson was the dentist I always saw before he reverted to private practice only. Everytime I come now I see a different dentist who give conflicting advice. I feel the practice has lost it's continuity of care.
Everyone gets a tad nervous when going to a dentist or going on a flight😁 but yesterday I felt at ease in the good company of Llion who extracted 4 teeth from me , I didn't even get uncomfortable when he was numbing my gums ,no pain and certainly no gain as I've lost 4 teeth lol Thanks again 1st class treatment 💯
I absolutely hate these places after a very bad previous experience elsewhere but I can honestly say the team here are brilliant, very reassuring, caring and ultimately good at what they do and definitely helping to build my confidence back up and Llion my dentist is absolutely great 👍
If you require empathy for dental worries, professionalism and friendly staff, I can't recommend them enough. Just had my first tooth extraction, quick and painless, phil jackson was very empathetic and assured me every step and Sophie held my hand too, this was very calming and put me, a nervous patient at ease. They never fail me at Bredbury Dental Practice and that's why I review them so highly.
