Brought my little girl, and she loved it. Sessions are value for money, and I will be bringing her to enjoy classes for kids.
I go to the Tuesday evening, 6pm girls session with my daughter. I can't recommend this place enough. Naomi, the trainer for the session, is awesome! We have both thoroughly enjoyed attending the sessions together, which is nice as mother and daughter. Also my fitness has improved since going.
My son trains 3 times a week here and represents them in bouts and I couldn’t thank the coaches enough
