Service from the staff is good. Helpful. Quick and professional testing. I went with three kids. Negative: They did not have a good selection of frames for kids priced under the NHS voucher. There was a very limited selection. So, I decided not to get the frames and lenses. I just did the eye test and came except for one kid.
Winnie did mine and my daughters eye test. We can’t recommend her enough. We had the whole family with us and she was polite, professional and easy to talk to. She explained everything and made us all feel welcome. I’ve already recommended this service to my family members and will be back to get my other children done. We will also be maintaining our eye health with Boots so we are looking forward to seeing them again…
I have completed a 5 star review rather prematurely. I have been waiting 11 days for contacts. They knew I had none at all and now I've had to order them online. Which is cheaper I found. Anyway. Staff being lovely and attentive don't help me see any better
Boots always do thorough tests. The optician really knew her stuff and was very pleasant and professional. I had a very good overall experience and would go there again as well as recommend to others.
