Service from the staff is good. Helpful. Quick and professional testing. I went with three kids. Negative: They did not have a good selection of frames for kids priced under the NHS voucher. There was a very limited selection. So, I decided not to get the frames and lenses. I just did the eye test and came except for one kid.
Winnie did mine and my daughters eye test. We can’t recommend her enough. We had the whole family with us and she was polite, professional and easy to talk to. She explained everything and made us all feel welcome. I’ve already recommended this service to my family members and will be back to get my other children done. We will also be maintaining our eye health with Boots so we are looking forward to seeing them again…
The staff here are all friendly, helpful & happy. This I feel comes from having an excellent manager. She has a couple of times now sorted out problems I had . My go to staff member is Tracy, she tells you honestly if a frame suits you or more importantly for me if NOT. Love this branch & wish I'd gone there years ago.
The customer service is great and everyone is very professional, welcoming and they explain every step very well. But I had to wait over 20 minutes to get seen by anyone. After the first set of tests there was another 20 minute wait meaning I was there for well over an hour for just about 10 minutes worth of tests.
Amazing service, the staff were warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in the shop was also a welcome change. Tony and ALL of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, could not have had a better service
