I needed a spare pair of reading glasses, so came to this branch as they had dispensed the originals. My initial contact was with Nikita, who was immediately friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have just collected the spectacles from Nikita, who carefully checked that they fitted properly. The whole process of getting my spare reading glasses was a pleasure from beginning to end.

If you have due to pick up glasses, they would not call you and forget about your glass, you need to call them to take update and get your glass that too when they would say. Have limited kids frame options that lids to buy left over frames and they might be taking full amount from NHS but giving poor service
