I had an emergency eye issue and needed to be seen urgently before heading to work. Despite having no prior appointment, the team at Boots Opticians kindly fit me in at short notice. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. The optometrist was thorough, professional, and very helpful in diagnosing my eye infection. They explained everything clearly and recommended the right treatment, which has been really effective. While the prescribed eye drops and wipes were quite expensive, the overall service and care I received were outstanding. I’m really grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend Boots Opticians to anyone in need of expert and compassionate eye care. Thank you!

This is a superb service and I can’t rate it highly enough, but especially Koran for my initial appointment, and then Mia for an additional pair of glasses I bought. Koran bore the brunt of my indecisiveness (first-time glasses for me) but he met it with patience, care, professionalism, and equally importantly, great fun … he was perfect! Koran and Mia were honestly a breath of fresh air where often customers can feel rushed, or that we’re just ‘one of many’. Well done and thank you … again :)
The staff were friendly and welcoming and took good care of me. They listened to me when they was going through my health check at the beginning. And after I had my eyes tested they explained about what was going on with my eyes. Fantastic staff great job. wait time not to bad . The place is clean and bright. Service was friendly and quick, my clinician Dr Riaz was informative, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I've been with Specaves for many years but due to poor service from the staff and manager, I had to change opticians to get a referral needed for a surgery. I hope the great service continues in my further visits. The lady I saw first was really friendly and always smiling. I can't remember her name but she spelt my surname correctly first time which many people have trouble with haha. Staff provided excellent customer service 👍🏽
