I switched to this opticians in August last year, I am a regular contact lens wearer. Amanda the contact lens optician is amazing. She is very thorough, professional and all round, very good at her job. I was having issues with my prescription and she sorted it out immediately, as always, giving very good advice. She is very knowledgeable!
Service was friendly and quick, my clinician Dr Riaz was informative, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I've been with Specaves for many years but due to poor service from the staff and manager, I had to change opticians to get a referral needed for a surgery. I hope the great service continues in my further visits. The lady I saw first was really friendly and always smiling. I can't remember her name but she spelt my surname correctly first time which many people have trouble with haha. Staff provided excellent customer service 👍🏽
The staff were friendly and welcoming and took good care of me. They listened to me when they was going through my health check at the beginning. And after I had my eyes tested they explained about what was going on with my eyes. Fantastic staff great job. wait time not to bad . The place is clean and bright. Will never go anywhere else i trust boots for all my health needs and products
Not only a stress-free environment but a thoroughly comfortable time throughout my test procedures, and a choice of spectacles, without a dent in my budget. The staff was understanding of my present straitened financial position, and there were no scornful/disdainful attitudes to embarrass me. What a lesson in the former mores of customer service. Bravo Boots! Highly recommended.
My only grumble was I had to wait 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The optician was very thorough and explained everything. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
