I came across body evolve when I pulled my back and thought I needed to do something about it. I constantly pull my back and this makes my posture and walking ability poor. I found body evolve through a Google search and it was one of the best things I have come across. I can not recommend this enough as I am currently half way through my treatment and am already seeing and feeling the benefits. I can not recommend the staff enough, I was greeted with warm hands on the first visit and am made to feel comfortable everytime I attend. It was that good I had to recommend this to my mum who also has back problems and I can already see the difference in her since attending body evolve. Please give this a go if you are toying with the idea as I promise you will not regret it.
I've been coming to the practice since 2019 and I'm so happy with their service than even after moving a lot farther, I still come every month. They are such a great team, highly professional, and always very friendly, welcoming and caring. Michelle has been helping me all these years with my back issues and I can't thank her enough!
I've been coming to the practice for over a year now, and can certainly say it's the best thing I've ever done . The entire team are amazing and take a genuine interest in your health and well-being, whilst maintaining a professional relationship they also take a genuine interest in your personal life and become more like a friend whilst staying professional. I'm now able to work my 12 hour shifts on my feet with out the burning back pain and poor posture I used to suffer from. I have also had my blood pressure tablet dosage reduced since coming too the practice, which I feel is no coincidence but a result of the treatment. The thing that amazes me is you don't even need to mention where the pain is, your chiropractor (Débora in this case) knows exactly where the pain is. Not only do you physically benefit but mentally aswell. I have so much faith in the team I have taken my 18 month daughter at the time and introduced 2 other family members who are now benefitting from visiting the practice. I had my first appointment in August 23 and the difference in my body is incredible. Deborah has explained everything at every stage and given me different stretches depending on how my body is doing. Everyone is friendly and take a genuine interest in how you are. I look forward to continuing to improve my body and mobility.
Great service, fantastic staff!! I phoned on the off chance as my GP just seemed to fob off all my aches and pains. I came for my initial assessment and indeed they are real pains and not in my head. After just two sessions I felt my posture, pain and sleep all improve. I cannot wait for the new me once my 12 weeks are up! Would highly recommend.
