Coming to Body-evolve is the best thing I have done for myself and for my whole wellbeing. I decided to go myself, not really knowing what to expect. My posture is not brilliant and a majority of the time I am sitting down, due to my job etc. I’ve tried massages and walking long length of times but could never ease the aching feeling in my neck, top of my back and shoulder blade area. There was constant tension which I put up with for years. I was also suffering with headaches and feeling really tired. I have a health plan which helps me with cost for glasses and dentist and I saw that there is Chiropractic treatment too, which gave me the idea to go and try and see if this is the way forward for me. I started in April and I’ve never looked back. Dr Sylvie is an amazing Chiropractor and she has helped me with my headaches, the constant ache in my back has relieved dramatically. I was cynical at first but I've been attending here for 4 weeks now and I've never felt better. Everyone here is so lovely and Dr Sylvia Lye has been amazing. I came here after having spine and hip pain for years and for the first time in a long time I'm pain free. Dr Lye explains everything to you and makes you feel at ease. I've found everything from arranging the initial consultation to planning my bookings so easy to do and you also get automatic reminders about your appointments to. They have made this whole thing so stress free and I really can't recommend them enough. The treatment I've had and the advice I've been given really made a big difference to my quality of life.
I have been seeing Sylvia at body evolve for around 6 months after seeing multiple drs and physios over the years and non of them have managed to help me apart from offering pain killers they had no solutions.
