Rooms seem very dated with a lot of small maintenance items not kept on top of. Biggest issue is the paper thin walls and noise from other guests at all hours. Complained to reception and they did nothing until I complained about second time. Pretty sleepless night, cheap enough but would avoid if you actually want some rest. Mentioned to reception again at check-out. They offered some free pastries from the breakfast. This was politely declined by myself.

The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful, addressing all my questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel's additional amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and a satisfying breakfast, also added to my positive experience. The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Best Western Pinewood Manchester Airport-Wilmslow Hotel and highly recommend this experience to everyone.
The buffet evening meal was absolutely disgusting. We were on a coach trip and there wasn’t enough food for us all. We weren’t asked if anyone had any dietary restrictions, which I have. For my meal I had a bread roll to start with, my main course I had a jacket potato with broccoli and carrots and no dessert left when I was ready
Room was comfortable and quiet. Shower was decent. Staff were all very friendly, food was nice but evening meal service was incredibly slow. Took almost two hours to get all three courses out. One poor waitress left on her own. Breakfast was lovely. Great hash browns.
Although hotel is tired in places. Can't fault the room and bathroom just as you want clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and keen to help. Restaurant could have had a wider choice of menu. Overall a good stay
