Alana, asked questions to establish what I wanted and how I wanted my brows to look. She loves what she does and enjoys making you happy and feeling good. My brows, were exactly what I wanted. Alana, explained everything she was doing as she went along. This was great and made me feel involved. Leaving me happy and feeling good. Incredible service. I visited the benefit counter today with a lady who I provide care for who has a learning difficulty. The staff were so attentive to her & absolutely made her day.
