Anna was amazing! She was professional, chatty, and so helpful! After the wax, she went above and beyond to show me new products that suit my skin type and routine. She also helped me find the perfect blush shade - something I have been struggling with for ages! I cannot reccommend her enough.
Anna on the Benefit counter at Market Street Manchester saved my eyebrows today and I am so grateful. When I arrived in Boots I had literally just left a local salon with a really badly done tint. The dye had bled all over my skin, it was the wrong tone, subtlety and sparsity. I had caterpillars above my eyes and the tint was patchy and clinging to certain parts but not others. I’d attempted to have it fixed at the original place but they only had toner/after care spritz to remove and it was not coming off my skin. The original beauty therapist did offer to wax them but I wasn’t going to risk any further unfixable damage. The short walk from Blackfriars Road to the Market Street Boots felt like a lifetime. It may seem dramatic but I just did not feel like myself. My eyebrows were not what I wanted and I had not been asked originally. Again, I thought the therapist would have weighed up what would be appropriate. After some recommendations I landed on the Benefit counter and I was given a proper consultation and directly asked what I wanted. Anna used some stain remover to help dissipate some of the colour that was just overwhelming my whole face. My face went from being one giant eyebrow to a lovely manageable look. I was not expecting miracles as no one can reverse the dying process but she did her best to make them look good whilst ensuring it’s what I wanted. The eyebrows were waxed and slightly tweezed to sheer out the look I had and combined with getting the blobs and patches of colour off my skin I was over the moon. It was a great transformation and I’m now happy with the level they’re at and where they can bed in from here. TLDR; really great eyebrow service, emergency correction I was really pleased with. Highly recommended.
I had a fantastic experience with Prab! She was incredibly professional and took great care while waxing my brows. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and shaped them perfectly exactly how I wanted. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone skilled, gentle, and attentive to detail!
