I love these classes. Genuinely inclusive of all ages and genders (this is not just a class for ladies!!), thoughtfully taught and with a gentle sense of humour as well. David creates a really nice environment & atmosphere in which to lose yourself (and bend away your stress!!) in well-taught yoga for an hour, typically ending with a short meditation as well as the usual relaxation pose. Highly recommend.
