I started yoga around 3 years ago, I was experiencing problems with shoulder pains and thought the stretching may help. I choose Dave's class randomly and it proved to be a great choice. Dave seems very knowledgeable, his class is very friendly and "laid back". The exercise has helped me a great deal and has improved my overall health and fitness. I can highly recommend Dave’s yoga classes for both beginners & those experienced in yoga, to develop strength & flexibility. The classes are both challenging & restorative & Dave teaches with gentle humour. The relaxation at the end of each session is a great way to reset.
