I saw Russel for the first time yesterday and I'm impressed. From the very beginning, it was clear he has vast knowledge and experience. I'm recovering from an injured Achilles and his massage was very professional and thorough. We also addressed my back, and Russel quickly identified my Sherman's disease, which was quite a surprise to me. Additionally, the massage of my chest provided relief and helped improve my posture. The chat about boxing and MMA only made the visit more enjoyable. An added bonus is the access to the strength & conditioning area. Already recommended him to my friend!
