The price is very high One small bag cost me 30 pounds … without seeing whats inside the bag … they told to pick the washed clothes 5pm next day Came 5 and waited more than one hour to collect my clothes. Bad service
I stuck with them after they increased their prices because I liked their service. I even suffered the weird smell from my laundry because the staff was so nice, but I stopped using this laundromat after I picked up my laundry, soiled, and burnt. I didn't ask for money or make a fuss. I just asked that they wash them again and fix the mistake. They told me to pay for the wash again and they wouldn't take responsibility. I won't deal with this, I'll just go elsewhere.
Do not use this laundry "service"! Our washing was left on Thursday and we were told it wouldn't be ready until Monday. We left a practically full bottle of our own laundry liquid,as I have sensitive skin so have to be careful what I use. When we collected our laundry,we were astounded to find out that almost the whole bottle had been used! The member of staff refused to give me any money towards a new bottle of detergent and couldn't grasp why I was so incredulous at the amount of detergent used.The whole bottle is enough for 42 washes,we have enough left for about 10 now! When we unpacked our washing it was NOT FOLDED as you claim on your website but looked like it had been thrown into to the plastic bags whilst damp! Everything was terribly creased and damp. For this appalling service,we were charged £35!!! WORST launderette we have EVER used!
We have taken our weighted blanket here multiple times and each time we are quoted a slightly different price (we get the sense they make it up bit), but usually around £35 which is fine. Today my husband took the blanket to be cleaned and they tried to charge him £100 and said that is what he paid last time. He said that we paid £35 and showed the receipt and the worker said that no he paid £130 and they rang him after he paid the original £35 to request the rest, which is a lie. They claimed he did not remember. Blatantly trying to rip us off, even when presented with a receipt. Pretty disgusting really. My husband has brought the blanket home and we will find somewhere else to get it cleaned and will not be returning here ever, despite it being by far the closest place we can take the blanket. Absolute cowboys.
Decent service but obscene prices. This much laundry cost me 20 pounds. They might have a deal with the YHA hostel to funnel customers here.
