I'm not one to leave bad reviews but shocking customer service. The person behind has a bad attitude and insists my clothes were not shrunk and damaged. My girlfriend dropped off over 1k worth of clothes and damaged all. Definitely won't go back. DO NOT GO. A hidden gem if you need laundry services. As someone who doesn’t own a dryer I weighed up my options to buy one however quickly discovered Bandbox. I’m always greeted in a warm way and the staff are more than happy to help. Their prices are reasonable, there is parking out the front and, as far as I have found, they are never too busy. Finding this place means I don’t have to invest in an expensive and bulky dryer. Highly recommended.
The staff is very helpful and courteous. Exceptional if you need anything urgently and the washes are supreme. Highly recommended.
Used the pick-up and delivery service to get 2 suits and 5 shirts dry cleaned for a great price. Fast pick-up, fast delivery. Brilliant standard of cleaning and the lady I spoke to was so friendly in person and on the phone. Could not ask for a better experience.
