Took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned.Collected it,it hadnt been pressed.On a closer look my dress was torn in several places.I took it back,the owner said I must of torn it with my heels but the holes were at the front of the dress.He sent it to his seamstress to be repaired free of charge.I collected after 2 weeks of waiting and ringing to see if it was ready.The dress was the same as when i left it with them insisting it was my fault! It upsets me to have to write a bad review but it cost me £98.00 to have it dry cleaned which was waste of my money and upsetting to see it torn. If he wasnt accepting liability as he put it why did he send it free of charge to his seamstress.Very disappointed.
I contacted them just before closing and was told to drop my suit off. The suit was cleaned by 12:00 the following day as requested. Helpful and pleasant.
Worst dry cleaners possible avoid at all cost went it to get my jacket dry cleaned came out all torn when we asked about it the owners started shouting at me and my pal making it out it was our fault Highly recommend you avoid using these guys
We use these on a weekly bases and are clothes always come out looking wonderful.
Poor service would not recommend using these guys , poor quality started shouting at me because I complained that they ruined my cloths , poor poor service ruined a £400 jacket
