We have used John's services twice in the last year and have no complaints. Very friendly, knows his stuff and is very efficient. The carpets looked almost brand new (which is saying something when they are cream and we have 4 kids and 4 dogs!). Cannot recommend highly enough - we will definitely be using Bakewell Carpet Care again.
Great service from John at Bakewell Carpet Care. Not just cleaned our carpets but did an excellent job on our stone flag floor and wooden floors too. Very tidy and meticulous. Just had my white leather sofa suite and white carpets cleaned by John... what an amazing job. Sofas look brand new and carpets are lovely and clean and fresh and no longer smell of doggy! John left the place clean and worked in a professional manner. Well worth it, to be honest I would’ve been prepared to pay more. He doesn’t quote you based on your postcode or the cost of your house and furniture like other people have been known to do. An honest gentleman who is passionate about his work. Clearly a highly knowledgable professional when it comes to cleaning carpets, Bakewell Carpet Care worked quickly and effectively throughout the house, cleaning and then drying all the carpets so we could move into the house later that day.
