We have used John's services twice in the last year and have no complaints. Very friendly, knows his stuff and is very efficient. The carpets looked almost brand new (which is saying something when they are cream and we have 4 kids and 4 dogs!). Great service from John at Bakewell Carpet Care. Not just cleaned our carpets but did an excellent job on our stone flag floor and wooden floors too. Very tidy and meticulous.
