Billy was very professional, courteous but more importantly very prompt. Phoned him up yesterday late afternoon whilst he was on a boiler install, told him about the issue, landed at my door the following morning (now that’s 5 star service in my eyes, especially this time of the year when business is booming due to boiler breakdowns, but nevertheless he came the following morning) solved the issue within the hour and heating was back on. I will definitely be using billy again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again billy from Brendan who’s nice and toasty in his warm house. 👍
My boiler decided to starts leaking before Christmas, but I found recommendation online for B M A plumbing, all the reviews reflect how reliable the company is. I called, and got an answer straight away. He responded in few hours and fixed my boiler the next day. He was very informative and knew what he was doing. My grandparents had an issue with their electric boiler. Rang BMA and a very nice engineer turned up called Billy. He diagnosed the pump fault quickly and told my grandparents he would ring the following day with a quote. He came the following day and fixed the fault. He was very polite, efficient, honest and wanted to fix the fault. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. Many thanks from Kath and Alan from Moorside.
Contacted a few boiler engineers due to having no hot water, I was informed that they were either very busy for a call out or didn't know what the issue was ( which wasn't helpful). I came across BMA plumbing and heating and spoke to Billy on the off chance he could call out. I'm so glad I did 😀, he knew what the problem was straight away and explained over the phone how to fix it, within 5 minutes and no call out fee , I had running hot water 😀. Definitely a 5 star service from me.
Arrived when he said he would (always a good start) and provided a very friendly and helpful 5 star service, showed me how to top up my boiler as I had no idea how to do it, and all at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend BMA to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you!
