We used BMA plumbing recently to fix a boiler leak/issues with underfloor heating. The engineer was reliable & fixed the issue at a reasonable price - he also explained everything to me in layman’s terms which I appreciated! Will definitely use again if we get any other issues.

Had a problem over the last few months where we started getting a message on our boiler saying rotor pump blocked. We got Billy’s number from my step daughter whose company she works for uses a lot. We called Billy and he called out within a couple of hours to have a look. He managed to clear the message and get it working again. A few months later, same message appeared and this time Billy advised needed a new pump as it was locked tight and could not be freed. He ordered a new one which arrived with him the following day. Billy called around that evening to fit. Ok we had no heating or hot water for 36 hours but job was eventually sorted. Great service and would strongly recommend. Good honest guy who says it as it is. No bull and no false promises etc. thanks Billy, number saved in my phone.
Billy was very professional, courteous but more importantly very prompt. Phoned him up yesterday late afternoon whilst he was on a boiler install, told him about the issue, landed at my door the following morning (now that’s 5 star service in my eyes, especially this time of the year when business is booming due to boiler breakdowns, but nevertheless he came the following morning) solved the issue within the hour and heating was back on. I will definitely be using billy again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again billy from Brendan who’s nice and toasty in his warm house. 👍
My boiler decided to starts leaking before Christmas, but I found recommendation online for B M A plumbing, all the reviews reflect how reliable the company is. I called, and got an answer straight away. He responded in few hours and fixed my boiler the next day. He was very informative and knew what he was doing.
